    Administrative Assistant
    The potential candidates should possess the following skills: Reception experience to include multi-line telephone system and pleasant voice; Cashiering skills to include credit card processing and cash handling; Accounting skills to include filing and basic accounting skills. The potential candidate would also possess computer proficiency, superb written and verbal communications skills and ability to relate to customers, high school diploma or equivalent, valid VA Driver’s license, professional personal appearance, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, high energy and positive demeanor. Previous automotive experience preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidates.     Business/Finance Manager

    Carter Myers Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Business/Finance Manager who will contribute to the growth of our Richmond dealerships. Candidates should love the automobile business and working one-on-one with our customers to help them make good decisions when purchasing their vehicle. This Manager is responsible for completing all purchase documentation and selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers. Must be computer proficient with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Must understand federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.     Receptionist
    A receptionist with CMA must be professional, personable, and highly energetic. We are looking for “people people” with excellent communication and organization skills, strong administrative skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Computer proficiency is required. Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus. Automotive dealerships are fast-paced and our receptionists are crucial members of the team. High school diploma or equivalent required. EOE/D/V.

    Sales Manager
    Sales Managers must have a minimum of 5 years in automotive sales/finance with a proven track record of sales and closing performance. Must have experience recruiting, training and managing a sales team. Candidates should be enthusiastic, possess strong leadership skills and have high ethical standards. Candidates should love the automobile business and working one-on-one with our customers to help them make good decisions when purchasing their vehicle.
